As the People Logistics Co-ordinator, I am responsible for the ongoing co-ordination of human assets (our workers!) to and from worksites, and managing the high levels of data and records management associated with this task. I work with a variety of employees and contractors to ensure that they arrive at their associated worksites with as little interruption to services as possible, and that they return home safely. My duties include but are not limited to:• Co-ordinating travel to and from Perth to various Fortescue mine sites via SAM and workflow for all contractors and Fortescue employees• Booking accommodation and finalising daily to ensure that all accommodation is correct in SAM• Producing daily manifests, balancing flight manifests and removing no shows to cover records accuracy and safety requirements• Ensuring all new sub-contractors meet all Fortescue mobilisation requirements via the online induction system • Managing SAP workflow including creation of new profiles, transfer contractors between employers and booking face to face inductions

• Co-ordinated all off shore travel for the drilling facility Atwood Eagle• Ensured all passengers travelling off shore held all required and relevant safety and evacuation training certifications• Planned efficient transportation of clients on both RPT services from Perth and helicopter transport• Co-ordinated charter flights and any connecting helicopter fights when required to complete large crew changes• Performed daily records management including entry of data for charters, international and domestic RPT and third party suppliers • Produced monthly reports and created daily/monthly flight schedules
