I am currently a front supervisor at Terry’s Independent Grocer (formerly Chartrand’s Independent) in Chelmsford, Ontario. I’ve held this position for just under ten years and I’ve built a reputation for excellent job performance. As a front end supervisor I am responsible for supervising the activities of cashiers to promote efficiency, discipline, and productivity. Furthermore, I train new employees, balance cash registers and the safe at days end, and complete morning bank deposits. Most importantly, I provide exceptional customer service to satisfy customer needs. In addition to my supervisor role, I act as a personal shopper in the PC Express department and manage the company Facebook and Instagram accounts.I am currently looking to make a change in my employment and begin a career in the office administration field.
