Howdy! I am a Project Manager for Tractor Supply Company. In my role, I am supporting strategic initiatives to expand and enhance our fleet of stores. We execute Remodels, Side Lot Projects (Garden Centers), New Store merchandising, and Shop in Shops featuring brands like Carhartt and Ariat. These initiatives specifically help stores keep up with our high demand, add in capabilities and product categories, and bring a new life to our sales floors.From formulating a plan to closing the books, our team works with cross functional partners to document project details and support execution in a variety of capacities . We do this by managing budgets, scheduling labor, equipment, and fixtures, implementing scopes of work, creating tools to document project completion, assist in communicating internally and externally, and by capturing all items needed to verify completion of the project. A fancy way of saying: I keep track of several metrics for different stages of our projects. 😊As you can see, I have a unique background with experience in a little bit of everything.
