- Create and curate original craft cocktails- Liquor inventory and ordering- Step into roles including but not limited to; bartender, server, host, line cook- Oversee personnel duties, hiring, training, and evaluating talent- Plan and execute all event logistics, such as proposals and contract negotiation -Maintain strong social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Twitter -Simultaneously swing manage four restaurants (Juniper Bar, Ivy Bar, Social Bar) - Scheduling staff of 20 (bartenders, servers, hosts, barbacks, runners)

- Deliver evaluations and reviews- Implement policies and procedures- Ensure dining details are handled properly and customers’ concerns are addressed - Extensive knowledge of Posi and Micros table management systems- Maintain control in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant- Keep staff motivated and encouraged- Scheduling staff of 30 (hosts, barbacks, runners)

- Design costumes, sets, and lighting for all main-stage plays- Supervision of marketing, sales, promotion, press and advertising - Communicate efficiently and effectively with director- Take accurate and comprehensive notes during rehearsals - Run errands as requested- Dance instruction
