The iconic Brisbane City Hall offers 12 unique function rooms ideal for gala dinners, conferences, civic events, weddings, lunches, meetings and many more.I work closely with the Lord Mayor's protocol & civic events team and The Lord Mayor's office, to execute a variety of events throughout the year. Events also consist of corporate events, civic events, including and not limited to Mercedez-Benz Fashion Festival, Global Cafe & G20 events, Asia Pacific Screen Awards, concerts and many more.The role includes a variety of event management, from enquiry stage, to proposals, contracting of events, invoicing/billing, post event and working/communication with every team within EPICURE.

Liaising with corporate memebrs and sponsors on game day and lead up to events.
