After many years in the classroom, I was able to also take my passion for technology and integrate it into my curriculum. I jump started the STEAM program in our school and helped fellow educators successfully implement it with their curriculum. I also began writing curriculum for 3rd and 4th grade with coding, robotics and educational technology in mind. As a former educator now in the role of Professional Development Specialist, I am dedicated to advancing education and student engagement through effective pedagogy and innovative technology. In my current role, I work directly with teachers to provide engaging, small and large group presentations, assisting in the coordination of on-site professional development sessions and adjusting them to meet the specific needs of participants. As an expert on instructional shifts, I possess specialist knowledge that allows me to deliver both in-person and virtual professional development sessions to teachers, academic coaches, and administrators on how to effectively implement varied products to successfully impact classroom learning. I am also responsible for maintaining customer needs, and incorporating solutions during meetings, trainings, and other interactions with customers.I work with school districts of all sizes to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation of Imagine Learning products. I am meticulous in updating and maintaining customer records with session summaries and recommendations for next steps and respond promptly to customer requests/issues. Furthermore, I communicate teacher comments, questions, concerns, and trends to the Customer Success Team while also providing product development feedback on an on-going basis. I am a passionate advocate for education and the use of technology to engage students and advance educational attainment in all types of learners. Through my work, I support school district training and learning models and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of students and educators alike.
