Senior leadership position in the Office of Strategy & Transformation, the VP, Strategy & Transformation supports Enterprise Operations with a team of Project and Program Managers responsible for large scale EO projects working cross functionally with technology and business teams. In addition, the position provides strategic business support delivering on high-end cross functional projects that deliver significant change and/or enhancements to EO.Essential Responsibilities:• Ensuring execution of projects are aligned with the overall EO servicing strategy• Maintains oversight and execution of EO projects, while ensuring a superior customer experience from requirements generation through release testing and validation• Leadership and oversight of cross functional projects aimed at managing change, reducing expense, or improving the consumer experience as needed• Providing direction and escalation support to the team’s project managers• Maintain capacity plan to ensure appropriate resource utilization and balance capabilities with demand• Advocate for all cross functional customer facing touch points to include communications and interactions• Drive business results with proper project management oversight and rigor that includes methodology, adherence to timelines, project governance, documentation and regulatory compliance• Perform cost benefit analysis and track progress of projects working with stakeholders, finance and senior leadership, in addition work with technology to ensure projects are being delivered within allocated budgets• Execution of Internal Reviews and assist IT in troubleshooting, resolution and recovery during the post launch monitoring period, conduct action reviews to document lessons learned and share with broader team• Provide stakeholder updates to key EO leaders for timely decisions and addressing roadblocks• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Hire, direct and coach day-to-day management activities of assigned Operations Team and ASC Administrators. Assume leadership for strategically planning and executing world-class operations and excellent patient care. The Manager of Business Planning & Execution assists in the performance management and tracking of large-scale AMSURG projects and critical strategic initiatives. Key requirements include leadership capabilities and strong foundational knowledge to synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior executives to implement change (i.e. the ability to identify execution risks and the skills to address those risks through tools, processes and facilitation).This role acts as an internal consultant; applying a broad toolkit of creative problem-solving skills and combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve an overall problem or 'puzzle.' The Manager of Business Planning & Execution owns key portions of strategic projects, from workstreams to complete hands-on program management responsibilities for a number of selected initiatives.
