At board meetings, I generate and present innovative ideas for organizational events. In the process of planning and organizing functions, I delegate various tasks to my peers. I also collaborate with fellow board members to assign awards to students, aligning our organization's values with passionate and accomplished individuals for award ceremonies.

Posts and maintains a social media page, research and compile client requests, performson-site photography of art installations, facilitates communication with clients to ensure expectations are met.

Implemented daily activities for campers to ensure a fulfilling experience, mediated with campers through intrapersonal communication, administered incident reports along with notifying parents’ of incidents at camp, and managed after-camp care with peers
