Worked as a Business Intern and shadowed Janet Wagner, CEO of Sutter Health a Malcolm Baldridge National Quality award winning hospital. In this role I learned the business side of hospital regulation and attended seminars on customer service in a hospital setting. As a Business Intern, I also met with the administrative team and attended meetings on how to improve Sutter operations. In these meetings I recorded notes and distributed them to team members. I also partnered heavily with the administrative team to complete projects to assist in their day to day activities.
