I’m a nonprofit executive specializing in organizational development. I’m fervent and intently focused on building healthy organizational cultures that dignify BOTH those being served and team members alike. I’m a builder and a natural problem solver, with exceptionally high standards for operating with excellence and integrity. I’ve spent my career defending human rights, predominately focused on protecting vulnerable people from trafficking and exploitation. I exceed in relating well to diverse populations and have had the honor of serving in more than 15 countries throughout my career.
