Jillian is a native of Scarborough and spent many summers in the Lakes Region of Maine; she knows the area well. She attended Coastal Carolina University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Business Management. Throughout Jillian’s college experience, she interned with Kerry Hall at Cates Real Estate where she developed a passion for real estate, people, and negotiation. With a desire to combine both her educational background and her practical experiences, Jillian pursued her love for real estate and obtained her license several years prior to graduation in 2019. In the years following, Jillian joined Kerry Hall and Aimee Ramirez as part of the Southern Maine Team of Cates Real Estate. Jillian has natural abilities in communication, marketing, organization, and personal connection. Observing some of the general client frustrations in the industry, it became important to Jillian and her team to treat each and every client uniquely, catering to individual needs; the team philosophy is to make every buyer/seller a priority. Jillian is an active member of 100+ Women Who Care Southern Maine, Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS®. In her free time, Jillian is an avid practitioner of yoga, spin, and boot camp.
