Ms. Botkin is a dynamic, strategy-oriented project manager committed to creating organization and efficiency in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. She has eight years experience managing and supporting healthcare policy implementation, research, and technical assistance contracts for federal clients including CMS and AHRQ. Ms. Botkin is trained in evaluation methodologies, statistical analysis, health program implementation, health needs assessments, qualitative data analysis, and survey and interview questionnaire development and administration. Prior to Index, Ms. Botkin worked at IMPAQ International managing the MEPS dataset releases for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), implementing monitoring, evaluation, and data-sharing models for CMS, and contributing to summative, process, and outcome health program evaluations for local county health departments. Prior to IMPAQ, she worked as a research technician at San Francisco State University, where her research focused on assessing the food environment near schools in the U.S. and abroad, and lead a variety of health education programs focused on diabetes prevention, Medicare education, and pharmaceutical access for low-income seniors.
