Oversee Recruitment for the Philadelphia, Gainesville, Orlando, Birmingham and Huntsville Franchises: Blue Spirit Group (Truck Team and Management roles)Currently building upon a team of 100+ employees across multiple locations Work daily with Indeed Calendly and CATS ATS to filter through candidates. Worked under the title of In-Store Recruiter. Through this role, I set and follow up on hiring plans and staff levels. I have experience moving candidates through our pipeline in Taleo. During the role, I was able to maintain a consistently full staff level and I have been able to develop succession in my role. Since this time I have learned to work/recruit with the Smart Recruiter program as well.Worked with a small team that ran assessment centers. Along with my partners, I ran a series of activities that help determine whether the candidate fits the competencies/ values of the company. Successful in developing talent within the buildings I’ve been in. Through managing my staff and being a Management Coach for my district I have been responsible for the development of numerous candidates for various positions.In Q1 of 2020 was nominated to be Coach of the Quarter.
