CurrentAs a Strategic Account Manager at Rewards Network, I help restaurants, nightclubs, and bars within the New York Region to continually grow their business. Through ongoing management and consultation, I help my clients meet their goals, even when the industry is slow. In fact, even today our clients outperform the rest of the industry by 3-4%.As your partner, I manage all of your account needs and meetings, including: • Review of program performance metrics and analytics• Billing needs• Program inquiries• Marketing website updates, and moreI’ll also advise clients on opportunities to expand our services to help you address your needs, such as additional marketing opportunities or possible financing solutions when you want to remodel, add/replace equipment, hire new staff, or simply need some cash flow help.On an ongoing basis, I also collaborate with the Account Executives, internal contract operations, and marketing teams to make sure the goals of my clients are continually being met.I leverage both my strong desire and commitment — plus a strong financial and business acumen — to help my clients succeed. I leverage several systems to help keep my client and company goals organized and on track including Salesforce CRM, DocuSign, Spring CM, Outlook and more.
