About Jillian Hegarty
Masters in Exercise and Sport Science at Merrimack College. During my time at Merrimack, I will be doing a fellowship in Biomechanical Research while also being a teacher assistant for Andrew Cannon in a biomechanics lecture. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Applied exercise science with a minor in nutrition. I have observed three physical therapy clinics. I am a hardworking, motivated, have strong verbal, written, and communication skills, and I am passionate to help others get better. My long-term goal is to become a Physical therapy certificated in prosthetics and to be a registered dietitian. Not only do I want to help my patients physically, but I also want to be able to educate them on the correct foods to intake. This way my patient will leave therapy strong physically and mentally.
