Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

I led a team responsible for providing college and career access support to our current class of Young Professionals, as well as continued programming for alumni. Our programming included college internships (resulting in $1.85M in student wages and program revenue), the Talent Development Pipeline connecting early career professionals to full-time employment, and college persistence and completion support.I worked to build out data management tracking in Salesforce, serving as an organizational SME in data integrity, processes, and training.

I developed a national structure and strategic plan for College Possible Connects, a partnership initiative for over 100 colleges across six sites, resulting in $500K in revenue for the organization. Through the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards, I monitored program metrics and student outcomes and proposed institutional changes to executive leadership.

Collegeville, Mn

I managed the St. Paul recruitment territory, working with over 400 students each year. I coordinated CSB/SJU's multicultural recruitment efforts and collaborated with others on campus to retain students through graduation. I served on the Intercultural LEAD Steering Committee, a program for talented first-generation college students from diverse, urban areas.

Morris, Minnesota

I managed four recruitment territories in Minnesota and Colorado, developing a communication plan for working closely with approximately 300 applicants throughout the admissions process. I revived an ineffective volunteer student tour guide program through new recruitment, training, and recognition practices, increasing current student participation. I also initiated outreach opportunities for high school guidance counselors and career center professionals to increase awareness of UMM.

As a college senior, I completed a year-long internship in the Admissions Office. In this role, I collaborated with Admissions Counselors to recruit and enroll high school students. I developed new and impactful ways for current students to be involved in the recruitment process, introducing a volunteer tour guide training program for large visit days. I led on the creation and execution of the Music Department's first recruitment strategy, supporting growth of the reputable program.
