In this role my key responsibilities were:Plan, implement and build capability of staff. Champion customer excellence. Develop, deliver and own business plans, reporting to senior management team. Manage complaints for all Professional Indemnity locations. Implement and maintain service/target and quality standards, overseeing work allocation ensuring service levels agreements are met. Maintain broad knowledge of HR policies and procedures and actively manage staffing issues in line with company policy.Reason for leaving:My employment with Aviva ended in May due to a decision taken by Aviva UK GI to exit the Professional Indemnity SME market. This decision resulted in a restructure and the closure of the Perth and Liverpool units. I see this as a great opportunity to seek a new career where I can utilise my experience and skills which I gained during my 14 years with the company.
