I specialize in creating user experiences and design systems for digital products, including software, websites, and mobile native applications.With a focus on leading innovative and user-centric product design teams that deliver measurable results, I am also dedicated to building inclusive team cultures that foster creativity, collaboration, and high performance.I fell in love with the field of user experience over a decade ago when I was a developer and I was frustrated with some of the UX and UI platforms offered and I wanted to make a change to not only solve business goals but also to deliver beautiful and usable designs to end users.I love learning new skills and meeting new people, most recently I've been focused on leveraging AI tools to improve my UX processes.What I do when I'm not workingIf you can't find me at my computer, I'm either hanging out with my daughter, walking my dogs, hiking, or doing DIY projects around the house. I love to travel and explore new places and cuisines as well as experience cultures that are different from mine.I love running and I'm trying to learn how to golf but that is proving harder than I anticipated.Whatever I'm doing outside of work, I'm always critiquing all of the user experiences around me. 🙂
