• Advise USA and International applicants with their application process and eligibility• Utilize SEVIS to issue I-20 visas to new students, update visa information for current students, and transfer visa information for students who transfer to other schools after graduation• Manage Hobsons CRM, a prospect organizing software and database, creating communication plans for emails, letters, and mailings; updating VIP pages; inputting prospect data; and creating/managing contact filters• Participate in Retention, NDUS Admissions, and First-Year Experience committees• Academically advise freshman and first-year transfer students• Serve as Dual-Credit liason to local high schools, helping with placement, admission and registration• Create and distribute marketing items for use in advertising and recruiting• Monitor and co-run the social media outlets for DCB• Proctor placement tests through AccuPlacer and manage the testing website• Travel ND, SD, MT, and Canada for college fairs and high school visits giving recruitment presentations• Coordinate graduation, not only for the ceremony, but in application organization and initial audits
