As part of the Marketing Team Jillian helps accelerate Wasabi’s Go-to-Market Strategy by planning and executing corporate marketing events to support the growth requirements for the company globally. This includes collaborating and driving events execution and strategy to build brand awareness, generate revenue opportunities, and accelerate existing opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring the execution of events is consistent across all regions.Responsibilities Include:Driving strategy and execution of marketing events to continue to build Wasabi’s brand awareness and demand globally Planning, executing, and measuring ROI on marketing events and managing the global events budget Working across the Wasabi team to ensure events are in line with global Go-To-Market strategy Leveraging marketing automation tools to ensure all event leads are properly routed to the sales team and receive appropriate Wasabi messaging post event Managing outside agencies and contractors working in support of the live events Supporting Wasabi staff on site at events

As part of the Strategic Marketing team, Jillian works closely with Wasabi’s ecosystem of technology alliance partners to develop ongoing joint positioning to support better together stories for the market to drive demand for Wasabi’s hot cloud storage to channels and end customers. Jillian works to onboard and manage co-marketing activities such as joint content, events, webinars and other activities to drive demand. Working on joint marketing strategy, she creates content including blogs, social media posts, case studies, solution briefs and other key assets and collaborates with marketing, business development, and channel sales stakeholders to facilitate recruitment, onboarding, channel engagement and marketing strategy.

As part of the Marketing team, Jillian supports sales with the strategic planning and execution of Scale Computing's corporate demand generation events. Jillian leads her team in over 160 events a year, including executive summits, B2B events, digital events, trade shows and channel events. She manages regional sales team and reseller partners in joint marketing campaigns.Manages events including trade shows, sponsorships, and conferences as well as virtual marketing events/webinars.Increases sales team efficiency by clearly outlining goals and objectives for each event.Sets ROI expectation for each event and tracks results to strategically plan future sponsorships.Creates best practices and standardized templates for event timelines and presentations.Provides detailed trade show and event strategies, tactics and budget recommendations for fiscal year marketing plans that support sales targets and corporate strategic plans.Maintains Global Events Calendar.Manages strategic messaging for various audiences.Develops metrics and processes to measure event and show success and proactively provide analysis and recommendation to management for continuous program improvement.
