Acted as a program growth consultant, building internal capacity and expanding the reach of O2O's training program.

By building out a Distributed Organizing department, I helped push forward a central change in our strategy: putting people power at the core of how Greenpeace USA makes change. My team launched our local organizing network, Greenpeace Action Pods, engaging over 10,000 volunteers each year in impactful movement-building work.

As the Supporter Mobilization Director, I managed a team of online-offline organizing experts building impactful engagement arcs for Greenpeace USA. We turned out thousands of people to take action in their communities -- empowering supporters to visit decision makers in person, organize rallies, and lead on all kinds of other creative tactics in their home states.

As an Engagement Specialist, I trained hundreds of volunteers, activists, coalition partners and staff in digital engagement skills (social media, live-streaming, engagement writing, and more). I also managed Greenpeace’s SMS program, growing our list of subscribers from 40,000 to 160,000 in two years.

Supported nine field organizers in implementing state-level online campaigns. Acted as the digital lead for the New Yorkers Against Fracking coalition (we won a statewide ban on fracking!)

Organized a city-level campaign in Maryland to ban fracking, hosted local events and actions, recruited and trained new volunteers.
