As the northeast region director, I am elected to represent my 19 region’s chapters on the National Board for a 2 year term. My goal is to lift up our current members into the spotlight and encourage future growth. To promote safety, dignity, equity and further cement women’s role in the construction industry through allyship, collaboration and communication. We need all voices!

I work in the Controls Projects and Systems division of the company, assisting in running projects, accounts payable and receivable and contract management. My territory covers Rochester to Syracuse.

I am very passionate about my work with NAWIC (National Association of Women In Construction) and being on their board of directors is an absolute honor. I am the Communications Committee Chair and run the website, twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and other forms of media.I also attend regular board meetings were we discuss the future of NAWIC. We discuss future committees and decide who will be a part of them.I assist in organizing conferences, fundraisers, and other networking events. I have grown my network leaps and bounds since my start with NAWIC and know it will continue to grow for years to come because of the ground work that is being laid.

As the Executive Administrative Assistant I was responsible for day to day tasks around the office. My main focus was supporting three officers of the company in all of their needs. I started to get more involved in the mechanical and piping side of the work we do and began supporting project managers in addition to the officers which lead to my being a project coordinator.
