Led a team of 16 employees, 15 contractors, and two learning facilities - the Pacific Energy Center in San Francisco and the Energy Training Center in Stockton - aimed at equipping the California energy workforce with the skills, tools, and resources to meet the State's climate goals. My team produced approximately 400 energy efficiency trainings per year targeted at architects, engineers, contractors, HVAC technicians, and more. Subjects include everything from energy auditing to heat pump installation best practices and zero net energy design. Special assignment 2017-2019: Led the creation of special energy efficiency and electrification offerings for customers who were impacted by the 2017 and 2018 Northern California wildfires, including PG&E's participation in Advanced Energy Rebuild.

Executed the Step Up and Power Down campaign, which was a community-based energy efficiency initiative to reduce energy waste through behavior, operational changes, and retrofits in downtown San Jose and San Francisco through close partnerships with both cities. The initiative successfully met and exceeded its targets with 1,275 businesses pledging to Step Up and 51.1 GWh saved.

Served as lead for PG&E's public sector energy efficiency programs with an emphasis on K-12 schools and local government customers. Acted as PG&E's point person for Proposition 39 planning and implementation, including strategy, managing customer assistance programs, and coordinating with and reporting to state agencies. Coordinated PG&E's financial support for climate and strategic planning to local governments (e.g. Greenhouse gas inventories, climate action plans) and managed PG&E's role in the Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative.

Connected clients with available grants, loans, and rebates for efficiency and sustainability efforts and applied for funding on their behalf. My work included climate action plans, greenhouse gas inventories, grant applications, energy efficiency and conservation strategies, grant administration and reporting to federal agencies, monitoring/tracking tool development for sustainability/climate plan implementation, and greenhouse gas analysis for the purposes of CEQA.
