I provide engineering support to the Water Business Group and have experience in the areas of biosolids management planning and utilization, surface water hydrology, and source water protection.From April 2009 to July 2011 I also provided project delivery assistance (in addition to project support) on WBG projects. In this role my responsibilities included assisting project managers and the project delivery team in tracking project financials, schedule, working with project managers to effectively manage changes in project scope, and a wide variety project management tasks.

I provide technical product and design information to licensed system installers, design engineers, and individuals interested in learning more about the Waterloo Biofilter technology and on-site treatment systems. I also supply preliminary designs and residential system layouts to customers in accordance with the Ontario Building Code. I am responsible for monitoring, recording, and analyzing of flow data for several systems maintained by Waterloo Biofilter Systems in accordance with their MOE Certificates of Approval. I also compile operations and maintenance manuals for larger on-site wastewater treatment systems.

I prepared stormwater pollution prevention plans for clients in compliance with the NYSDEC multi-sector permit requirements and Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports in compliance with the USEPA.I conducted phase I site assessment according to ASTM standards, performed post-closure monitoring and reporting for several landfills, and assisted in wetland delineation. I also performed analysis on plug dye test data for wastewater treatment baffle improvement project.I was responsible for organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the move of 50 employees from an off-site location to corporate office with minimal core business disruption.

I was a member of a two person team responsible for updating, troubleshooting, and maintaining an older SPC data collection and database software. I worked with others to organize the orchestration and transition to a new quality assurance data collection and database system. I also performed in-house technical support and lead training programs for employees using the new software.I performed ANOVA Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility test measuring methods for new products. I also performed statistical comparisons of critical dimensional studies performed on in-house manufactured products.
