Court Reporting plays a crucial role in the judicial system by providing an accurate and verbatim record of court proceedings. I am responsible for transcribing spoken words into written form, ensuring that all statements, testimonies, and legal arguments are accurately documented. I often work in courtrooms, and as well partner with law firms, government agencies, corporate entities for depositions, hearings and other legal proceedings.

Providing coaching in Health/Fitness/Dance arenas. I am a certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer within the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified Dance Instructor. I excel in providing a unique experience to individuals who need a dedicated coach to assist them in their personal journey. I bring along with me 30+ years of coaching experience as a long time dance instructor and coach. Additionally, I provide health and nutrition coaching to individuals in a virtual capacity. I also review accuracy of title commitments and sales contracts.• Contact customers and partners to gather information to make appropriate decisions, explain rationale behind credit decisions, and/or to sell/promote products.• Stay on top of any changes in underwriting provisions and credit guidelines• Work with production to resolve questions when possibleUnderwriting authority level for Conventional, Non-Conforming specializing in Correspondent Lending/Funding.
