Worked directly with client companies to obtain supporting contractual documentation for case filing e.g. obtained Vendor Contracts, Letters of Support from corresponding clients, Vendor Letters, Employment Agreements, Employee W-2s, Company Tax Returns, Employment Verification Letters, Nonimmigrant/Immigrant Passports, Academic Documentation from Nonimmigrant/Immigrant clients, etc. Contacted USCIS on a regular basis to place service requests for pending cases, as well as those not yet adjudicated and obtained updates regarding various issues. Wrote supporting documentation for cases that were submitted to USCIS i.e. letter of support for H-1B petitions and immigrant applications. Fielded questions from client company correspondents and their employees regarding specific cases e.g. reviewing required contractual documentation, what supporting documentation would be needed, described the Green Card process in detail, provided status updates on cases and discussed case strategy.
