Upon PEAK Surgical acquisition by Medtronic, successfully integrated Aquamantys product line to the portfolio, primarily for applications in orthopedic, spinal, and transplant surgery.Accomplishments include:• Post-Medtronic acquisition, inherited a new product line (Aquamantys) and a new territory that was only 80% to plan; ended FY2013 at 113% to plan, overachieving yearly growth expectation by nearly 20%.• Pre-Medtronic acquisition, managed ever-changing distribution channels: Trained and managed a junior sales representative, dozens of distributor representatives and distributor principals. At time of acquisition was largest revenue producing territory in the country.
