Maintain a broad expertise on over 50 University programs, policies, and procedures for enrollment. Managed and directed all operations of a 19 member team including a staff of 3 coaches and 1 operations manager. Managed a $205K scholarship budget and a $55K operations budget. Designed and implemented daily practice plans, game plans and film sessions. Biweekly in-classroom learning sessions for increased athletic performance, teamwork, learning skills and self development. Academic monitoring for all team members which included: biweekly study hall, four semester academic advisement sessions and monitoring through University academic program Starfish. Responsible for the full desk recruitment and enrollment onboarding of an average of 4 students each academic year.
