Responsible for the recruitment and development of Career Coaches at Athletes to Careers. Career Coaching - Develop and implement strategies to locate and develop relationships with graduating and recently graduated student athletes and connect those interested and qualified with our corporate partners.Meet with candidates both on campus and virtually to provide individual career advice to a diverse candidate pool and determine potential matches with employment opportunities with corporate partners. Develop relationships with VP's and hiring teams with open positions in over 100 different companies, in a variety of industries. In order to increase internship and job opportunities for students and alumni and to increase the quality of potential candidates for open positions. Develop new corporate partnerships through the entire sales process from prospecting though fee negotiation and onboarding of new corporate partners.
