• Evaluate supplier quotations and bids and issue purchase order for goods and services supporting the company’s operational needs. Supports business areas in bidding process and contract negotiations as needed.• Procures goods and services through open bidding and contract negotiations. Consults with management and the business area requesting the purchases. Ensures purchases and bidding process comply with company Purchasing Policy.• Assists (lead where appropriate) Facilities in managing purchases of office supplies and building supplies.• Helps to determine and implement purchasing procedures/strategies and sequence of operations with the department to optimize workflow.• Assists (lead where appropriate) organizational stakeholders and business units through the procurement process.• Assists (lead where appropriate) business units to determine purchasing requirements and negotiate pricing and contracts that meet those requirements.• Assists accounting and finance in resolving vendor invoice and purchase related settlement matters.• Set ups and maintains purchasing reporting in Workday ERP system.• Maintains desk level procedures to support position and to ensure purchasing compliance objectives are met.• Leads vendor performance measurements by managing vendor assessments, vendor risk assessments, and vendor corrective plans.• Identifies process deficiencies and recommend system and process improvements.• Performs ad hoc tasks as requested.

Assist the business to determine best price, review contracts and negotiate final agreement.•Primary point of contact for each managed software vendor.•Track, maintain and coordinate license and maintenance agreement renewals and new agreements, including negotiation procurement and compliance.•Engage with Enterprise Architecture, Technology Operations to understand the near/long term IT roadmap and its impact on IT assets from a buy, maintain, retire perspective.•Work with Auditors several times a year. Provide documentation requested and ensure that records are accurate.
