Manage full-cycle recruiting process for exempt job openings in the Payments, Virtual Channels, Innovations & Solutions Group, with focus on opportunities in the Electronic & Commercial Services (E&CS), Operations Services & Delivery, and Fraud and Claims Management lines of business. Develop strategies to proactively identify talent to ensure a diverse applicant pool. Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process, providing appropriate tools and resources to ensure a consistent, competitive, and well-documented selection process that is compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and Wells Fargo policy, while mitigating risk.Key Accomplishments:▪ Developed and delivered annual virtual Resume Writing & Interviewing Skills Workshops to participants of the E&CS Operations Manager Leadership Development and Front Line Management Development Programs. Leveraged these sessions and delivered to over 110 members of the Black/African-American Team Member Network.▪ Partnered with OCEAN to develop and deliver virtual sessions on effective resume writing and interviewing skills to over 300 team members.

Recruiting Team Lead for Electronic & Commercial Services and Operations Services & Delivery lines of business. Served as LOB Project lead representing Operations Recruiting on key initiatives. Participated in project leadership meetings, brought key decisions and risks back to TOG Recruiting leadership for review, provided input on high volume recruiting scenarios, reviewed business requirements, and provided direction for LOB resource assignments. Prepared and delivered communications to ensure LOB change readiness. Gathered information and prepared quarterly Affirmative Action outreach update presentations for senior leaders.Key Accomplishments:▪ Primary role in creation of the Operations Diverse Leader Pipeline Strategy, an inclusive and equitable program designed to increase the numbers of diverse leaders at the senior levels of the division.▪ Developed a “Resume Writing & Interviewing Skills” workshop in response to a critical need to assist team members in enhancing skills for opportunities for career development. The workshop was ultimately transitioned to the Learning Center and developed into a formal course.▪ Partnered with the Enterprise Selection & Assessment team on initiatives to promote compliance in hiring ▪ Spearheaded work to ensure appropriate marketing and branding in communicating with managers during the recruiting process.
