An accomplished executive and Non Executive Director with more than 20 years experience across corporate and public sectors. Jill leads the climate and sustainability offerings for Deloitte’s consulting services. Throughout her career, Jill has been an advocate of sustainability, stakeholder engagement and responsible business and keenly promotes mechanisms which create measurable value - particularly through sustainability leadership and the strengthening of intangible assets including reputation, brand, trust and engagement. She has widely consulted and led corporate, public sector and industry strategies in complex stakeholder environments. Her career has built significant experience in corporate sustainability; circular economy; ESG impact and risk; intangible asset management; social responsibility; corporate reputation and trust; and governance and reporting. Jill is also an experienced Non-Executive Director and serves on a number of Boards including the Royal Botanic Gardens (VIC), ACOSS and Launch Housing. She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and academic qualifications include a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge; Executive business qualifications from Australian Graduate School of Management; and Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) from RMIT University. Jill has been appointed to key industry and government panels and her work has been recognised through numerous awards including by the Australian Government for leadership in combating climate change (in particular the carbon neutral certification of the Yellow Pages and White Pages - an industry world first). Jill is a Judge of the Australian Reporting Awards and the Melbourne Awards, and guest lectures at RMIT and Monash Universities, Leadership Victoria and key industry bodies on sustainability, responsible business and stakeholder engagement topics.
