With over 18 years of experience in Digital and eCommerce, I’ve been fortunate to work on both sides of the business beginning at Amazon where I partnered with CPG clients who were just beginning their journey using the platform to reach their customers. I worked side by side with Purina, Energizer, PepsiCo, Kraft, Kellogg’s and Kimberly Clark to develop an ecommerce strategy encompassing assortment reviews, inventory management, onsite merchandising, promotional development and content consultation to maximize their digital shopper marketing investment. I found a home at Kellogg leading eCommerce Marketing strategy and execution across the North America breakfast and snack portfolio on Amazon, giving me the added benefit of being in the trenches with a growing team building our eCommerce partnerships and capabilities, using shopper trends and insights to expanding our measurement suite beyond ROAS and dipping our toe into a inaugural partnership with Amazon Fresh. Wellness Pet has afforded me the ability learn even more, through a fast-paced pandemic environment, allowing me to flex my retail media muscles beyond Amazon, evaluating and activating ad offerings for major Retailers like Chewy, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart and Target and steering our technology roadmap to include eCommerce sales management, retail media management, digital shelf analytics, ratings and reviews and Content storage and syndication.
