Developed solution to improve flight training by 80%Path 2 Flight created a solution to the growing pilot shortage by taking a phased approach to lower the top three barriers to general aviation - access, time, and money.Phase OneIn 2018 P2F launched the platform, path2flight.com. On the front end, this site made it possible for people to find, schedule quickly, and purchase local flight experiences, and on the back end, it provides seamless onboarding tools for the flight facilities.Phase TwoIntroduced virtual reality technology, which cut the time and cost of flight training in half. Through VR P2F enabed people to experience flight and learn how to fly at home through immersive learning and gamification.

This six-month program aims to inspire, educate, and connect transitioning service members, veterans and military family members as they seek to launch their own ventures. Created a scholarship program that sent deserving young adults to aerospace camps across the country. Spearheaded Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M.) projects that helped hundreds of young adults pursue aerospace careersLooking Skyward focused on supporting S.T.E.M and S.T.E.A.M. education projects that helped hundreds of young adults successfully pursue careers in aerospace by providing scholarships, internship opportunities, collaboration with national contests, and mentorships opportunities. Proceeds from the sales of Jill's two books and a portion of her professional speaking fees helped to support Looking Skyward's mission.

Successfully led a team of military senior leader spouses to host dignitaries, including First Lady Mrs. Michelle Obama, and Mrs. Becky Gates, spouse of then Secretary of Defense Robert Gates. South Korea

Oversaw the catering department, which provided an average of over 1,000 scheduled events annually. Skillfully raised the level of excellence and prominence. Responsibilities included running food service operations for daily functions, multi-course & banquet operations for 500 person events and many recurring VIP visits to include foreign dignitaries, senior government officials, General Officers, the United States Secretary of Defense and the President of the United States. South Korea

Responsibilities included running an international kitchen in food preparation ranging from casual dining to hosting international dignitaries during many formal dinning functions. Led a team of US and Korean nationals to provide corporate training and industry-specific core menus. Provided in-house training for kitchen staff and quality customer service. Jill’s team consistently earned the coveted 100% rating on customer satisfaction surveys.
