As the founder and CEO of Path 2 Flight, LLC, I have successfully managed seed funding and built a web-based, two-sided marketplace that connects people to flight experiences nationwide. My leadership skills have enabled me to build the Path 2 Flight brand from scratch and become an innovator and disrupter in the aviation industry.Alongside my professional endeavors, I am a professionally trained international keynote and platform speaker, twice published author, and global advocate/motivator through published works and social media. My passion for inspiring others has also led me to found Looking Skyward, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that supports Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (S.T.E.M) projects, helping hundreds of young adults pursue aerospace careers. Additionally, I created a scholarship program to send young adults to aerospace camps.I have also served as Coordinating Service Chairperson for the prestigious Joint Armed Forces Conference in Washington D.C., where I led a team of joint military senior leaders to host dignitaries, including First Lady Mrs. Michelle Obama. My leadership and organizational skills resulted in a successful and smooth visit, earning praise from Obama staff members.Prior to these accomplishments, I served as the Executive Catering and Events Manager at Osan Air Base Officers Club in South Korea, where I won "Best Club in the Air Force" for 2006-2007 and was responsible for a 22% increase in sales and revenue.Overall, my experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and nonprofit management has given me a well-rounded skill set that allows me to excel in any challenge I take on.
