Senior Project Manager
Current• Responsible for overseeing the utilization of resources in the Business Analytics practice in GDO across the Americas• Coordinate workforce function including management of personnel assignments, headcount, forecasting, reporting, capacity and strategic planning• Collect, analyze and distribute data to identify trends in demand• Act in an advisory role as it relates to hiring behaviors• Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation, accountability, and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring staffing process is seamless and expeditious• Partner with Talent Acquisition matching market talent to our demand• Provide visibility on staffing progress and trends to business leaders and stakeholders• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and skillsets are available to meet demand• Proactively manage bench and resolve staffing conflicts by closely collaborating with delivery personnel and department heads
