Joined AG|CM, Inc. as part of the Business Development & Marketing team. In this role, I support the development and execution of firm wide marketing strategy and policy. I am the point person for AG|CM’s marketing materials, proposals, and coordinating activities between AG|CM, our teaming partners and consultants.

Provide marketing consulting and public relations services to the A/E/C industry. Deliver strategic communication and marketing plans based on firm’s current resources and budgets. Services include: Email Marketing, Event/Conference Promotions, Budget and Marketing Plan Development, Awards Submissions, Copywriting, Market Research, Content Strategy, Public and Media Relations, Client Surveys, Marketing Collateral Design, Promotional Materials, Website – Coordination of Design and Content, Photography Coordination, Brochure and Presentation Design, Social Media Strategy.

Responsible for overall marketing program and strategy for award-winning nationwide firm with three regional offices. Establish firmwide marketing policies and procedures as well as determine marketing objectives to meet STG Design’s financial goals. Ensure corporate identity and culture is consistent across all offices. Lead branding, corporate identity, messaging and all external communications (direct mail, social media, advertising, PR, awards, website), coordinating with specialized marketing consultants as needed. Direct the preparation of the firm’s annual strategic marketing plan and budget. Responsible for oversight of all marketing staff and administrative staffing needs in each office. Oversee RFP/RFQ/RFI response process as well as all marketing collateral. Support the firm’s principals and ownership in implementing and achieving strategic goals and objectives.

Develop and implement marketing program and strategy for large construction company. Responsible for developing firm’s overall marketing and communications program, policies and procedures. Lead branding, corporate identity, messaging, and all external communications.

Developed PR activities including media requests, press releases, bylined articles and editorial calendars. Proactively pitched and obtained media coverage in top trade publications and regional media. Developed key messages for company and industry trend topics. Monitored and analyzed Kirksey and competitor media coverage and trends. Managed awards program research and submission.

Primary Client: Texas Instruments (TI) Semiconductor Microcontroller and Audio Divisions ($700+ million business) Secondary Clients: Dow/Blue Planet Run, America on the Move/YMCA. Led PR activities including creative initiatives, product announcements, customer programs, contributed articles and editorial calendars. Managed strategic PR counsel, plans and support for TI securing 75+ media placements per major TI announcement.
