Brought on board at various times every year since 2011 to assist with the bandwidth in delivering MRI's cyber coaching program to rookies . Co-lead and/or lead the daily debriefings for groups of new account executives or project coordinators participating in MRI's proprietary TRACS training program. Assisting in the on-boarding process of new franchisees. Coach new and existing franchisees|recruiters on the daily tasks of recruiting and management. Teach and assist in the development of training classes.•Conceptualized and delivered over 47 new training classes on the full cycle of recruiting•Envisioned and created a hiring program to assist franchisees|recruiters in the hiring of proactive and passive talent for their offices•Envisioned and created training tracks for new recruiters as well as experienced recruiters to ensure a solid on-boarding process •Created program to teach candidates/individuals how to be their own headhunter and authored Headhunter’s Approach to Career Transition e-book.•Provided coaching to a dozen franchise owners weekly.

Led strategic growth initiatives with responsibility for the development of revenue creating programs that provided value to MRINetwork and incremental revenue to corporate. Maintained and grew recruiters’ certification program (CSAM).•Supported $13 million in incremental revenue from Inter-Office Referral (IOR) transactions.•Formulated and created first ever pilot IOR industry group. •Organized and improved the certification program;facilitated training|coaching|mentoring through presentations to global audiences leading to enhanced usage of both IOR and CSAM programs.
