Northern Ohio Region

* Identify, engage, cultivate, solicit and steward current and prospective donors * Meet annual revenue ($1M) and regional revenue targets by working with a portfolio of donors and prospects throughout Northern Ohio *Oversee the Northern Ohio Tiffany Circle Womens Group*Grow annual fund donors by cultivating relationships and engage with the mission* Oversee Philanthropy and BioMed Committee providing leadership and development strategies with Board of Directors and volunteers to strategize and solicit potential donors and corporations for event sponsorship and annual giving* Develop and design a strategic plan to raise funds: build a pipeline of prospects consisting of individuals, corporations and foundations to ensure financial goals are met* Review, update and create foundation and corporate grant proposals, research foundation and corporations for funding opportunities and build new collaborations and partnerships to raise revenue* Personally solicit donors including developing proposals and preparing personalized marketing materials * Solicit individuals, corporate sponsors and table sales to ensure agency special event goals are met* Share mission by partnering with community to provide service delivery of Hands Only CPR courses* Educate Board of Directors, volunteers and outside community on social media best practices* Actively pursue and engage civic organizations, community groups and corporations into agency events through various outreach activities* Increase brand awareness through speaking engagements to a variety of outlets* Maintain fundraising database updating donor records and track fundraising support

* Oversaw all fundraising functions in assigned portfolio of accounts within Northern Summit County in order to maximize giving potential and reach desired division goals * Cultivated relationships year round with targeted and prospective donors to maximize giving potential to reach and exceed desired division goals and overall campaign goals* Managed Internship Program *Supported all departments within United Way to support our Mission * Assisted in recruiting and training Account Executives and campaign volunteer leadership * Managed Loaned Executives and volunteers during pre-campaign cultivation events, CEO visits and United Way activities*Identified and tracked potential and existing donors to maintain accurate and complete donor records in ANDAR*Since 2008 raised over $3.8 million exceeding individual campaign goals and helping to reach record setting overall campaign goals

Sr. Customer Service Specialist* Accounting responsibilities included investigating policies for missing payments, processing encoding error corrections, processing journal entries and providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers. Sr. Remittance Management Specialist * Money Management Center responsibilities included opening mail on Opex Model 50 & 150, workstation data entry and processing multi-line policy payments. * In addition, I held the role of Administrative Support Associate consisting of processing the daily deposits of multiple business lines, managing workflow to meet deadlines, placing employees where needed to optimize workflow both onsite and at the site in Ireland.

As an Allstate employee I was selected to volunteer as a Loaned Executive at United Way of Summit County. The Loaned Executive responsibilities included functioning as a liaison to Summit County businesses, corporations, executives and campaign coordinators * Conducted presentations to employees about United Way funded health and human service programs* Built and enhanced relationships with existing and new companies* Assisted the United Way in exceeding 2007 campaign goals * Recorded account progress and conclusion in Andar* Develop and cultivate prospective accounts and ensure that all accounts receive the necessary support.
