Jill Tang is a social entrepreneur and community builder and an ESG advocate.She is the Founder and Community Co-Builder at SHE REWIRES, a social enterprise commits to connecting, inspiring and encouraging women in STEAM to excel and break outdated boundaries. 
At SHE REWIRES, our vision is to shape the future of STEAM for ALL. We’re not just embracing change; we’re envisioning a more inclusive, diverse, and innovative future. We aspire to create a landscape where innovation and creativity flourish, and where everyone will feel empowered to become trailblazers in their fields.Jill is the finalist for 2016 Australia China Young Alumni of the year and top 100 Gen T in China by Asia Tatler in 2019. In 2020, Jill was awarded ’Social Impact Award’ at AmCham Future Leaders of the Year Award and she was selected as the top 25 Finalists for the 2022 WE Empower UN SDG Challenge in 2022. Jill was also in the expert group for UN-Women to inform the substantive preparations for the sixty-seventh session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW67). She holds Bachelor of Commerce from Latrobe University, Master of Applied Finance from Monash University and MBA from Melbourne Business School. Jill also completed her Gender Equality Program Certification at INSEAD in 2019 and Executive Certificate for Special Management for Non-Profit at Harvard Business School in 2023.
