I oversee sales of The Change Companies® continuum of products in all markets within my territory, which includes eight U.S. states plus all of The Salvation Army facilities in the U.S., Canada and Australia.I maintain contact with hundreds of program facilitators and leaders in substance abuse treatment, mental health and justice services programming and has developed a national perspective about what works in behavioral health programs. I provide expert guidance and consulting to providers utilizing The Change Companies®’ programming resources.

Through a collaborative partnership between The Change Companies and Lifestyle Centers of America (LCA) I became the lead salesperson for a new series of behavioral health products and services to individual consumers throughout the U.S., with a focus on preventing diabetes and other behavior-related health conditions. LCA is a leading provider of medically supervised health services whose mission is to increase the health and vitality of human beings around the world.

I owned a multi-site retail health and wellness business, and took personal responsibility for staff training and development.
