I am a civil/water resources engineer with BS degrees in both civil engineering and biology and over 15 years of experience in ecological restoration and other water resources projects including dam removals, fish passage and habitat improvements, culvert replacements, flood mitigation, and hydropower projects. Through this work, I have been involved in project management, field assessments, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, alternatives analyses, public outreach, development of design drawings and specifications, cost estimating, reporting, permitting, grant applications and management, and bid and construction support.
