I produced large numbers of high quality products in a fast paced environment. I specialised in baking, piping and decorating the biskies (signature product). I enjoyed being creative and making delicious products, which included vegetarian marshmallows, cakes, cookies, gluten free brownies and jams. Working to food hygiene standards and ensuring all equipment was maintained, was extremely important in the work place.

Responsible for leading a coffee shop team. I used a commercial coffee machines and prepared hot food ensuring food hygiene standards. Monitoring and ordering stock was a large part of my job. Dealing with customers in a range of challenging situations.
