After working 6 years in Bahrain with people whose sole mission was to travel - businessmen, holidaymakers, pilgrims, politicians and a king. I love working with people and this enabled me to progress from the flight crew of Gulf Air to being a member of the Royal flight. Here we were on call to make sure guests made it to their destinations in comfort – but I equally felt compelled to make anyone feel that travel was an experience not an endurance test. It is about maintaining the same standards and pride at every level.I have to say one of my biggest qualities is being able to work with many different cultures and people of all ages and from different backgrounds… this was one of the main aspects of flying as you have to adjust to the environment around you. I love giving guests, passengers, general public the best service and skill that they deserve. I’m a people person and will always go that little extra mile to make them happy.From starting my career in Harrods who are renowned for their excellent 6 star service, I have carried that on with me through my journey and believe that is the only way.Whilst I have been on maternity leave I have studied Amadeus, (a Global travel distribution system) so as to better prepare myself for the future. I’m willing to work from the bottom up – I’m not afraid of hard work or long hours. I thrive on deadlines and like being pushed to my limits. I feel I’m very approachable and that I have a calming effect on people.
