Assignments have included setting up new clients, working on stock compensation, month end close of various companies, audit preparation, and SEC report preparation.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Manage all accounting and finance functions for Uppercase Acquisition, a multi-level sales organization. Was transferred to Uppercase from AGEL by parent company to improved and streamlined accounting processes. Responsibilities include month end and year end close according to GAAP, tax compliance, accounts payable and receivable, inventory control, payroll and HR management, commission payments to 3000 sales associates, and financial planning.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Work with the AGEL accounting groups of multiple countries to insure that all financial statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP and that they are correctly stated in both the functional currency of the countries and in US Dollars. Assist with other accounting functions as required. (Transferred to Uppercase Acquisition by parent company in Oct, 2014.)
