Two implementation teams, around 30 members in total.Main responsibilities & contributions,- Together with stakeholders, understanding and ensuring that the CMS fulfills their needs- Sourcing strategy and recruitment - Release planning- Budget responsibility- Coaching- Backlog prioritization - Introduction of Git as version control tool @ H&M- Road map for the system- Test automation focus
