Vice President, Compliance
CurrentResponsible for the oversight, development, and management of the Corporate Compliance Program while meeting strategic company goals, critical success factors and adhering to the DOJ, HHS, OIG, CMS, and other regulatory enforcement agency rules and regulations.Key Areas of Responsibilities:- Planning, coordinating, and implementation of the company’s Annual Risk Assessment to identify potential non-compliance and determine risk mitigation strategies for areas of exposure. - Developing and executing the Corporate Compliance Workplan, audit, and monitoring activities.- Responsible for the vetting and compliance review of potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.- Presenting compliance updates and recommendations at quarterly Corporate Compliance Committee and Partnership Board meetings. - Developing and maintaining the company Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures. - Creating and maintaining compliance educational training programs for all employees, volunteers, and vendors. - Developing, conducting, and providing oversight of compliance investigations, findings presentations to key stakeholders, and providing recommendations for investigation outcomes to ensure alignment with company policy and regulatory requirements. - Maintaining ongoing knowledge of the federal and state rules and regulations relating to Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, Anti-Kickback Statute, Privacy and Security, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.
