Serves as the senior advisor on all Enlisted matters to the 2-Star USCYBERCOM Plans and Policy Director.Responsible for advising senior leaders and driving the morale, welfare, and overall climate for a 180-member total force team. Works with the Directorate Chief of Staff, managing military manpower requisitions, drafting position descriptions, prioritizing manpower requirements, and managing a 60-member military manning document. Coordinates with USCYBERCOM J1, Deputy Chief of Staff, Army HR and Directorate Chief of Staff guiding hiring managers through Army civilian hiring processes supporting 79 authorized DoD civilian positions. Oversees the evaluations, awards, decorations, and Directorate onboarding programs. Reviews and approves Command tasks, initiated by Directorate, through the Workflow Management System (WMS) and e506 systems. Tracks the reporting and completion of tasks assigned to the Directorate.

Served in a dual-hatted position as both the J9 Senior Enlisted Leader and in an IT management role with the Cyber Immersion Lab. Directed and supervised a dynamic 10-member team comprised of systems engineers, network, engineers, and an Information System Security Officer (ISSO), overseeing the management of two intricate networks. Evaluated and prioritized customer requirements, ensuring seamless project management for the maintenance, upgrade, and expansion of both physical and virtual network environments to meet mission demands. Stepped into the role of Information System Security Officer (ISSO), demonstrating versatility and proficiency. Conducted comprehensive host discovery and vulnerability scans, collaborating with system engineers to effectively patch vulnerable Windows and Linux operating systems. Coordinated closely with the USCYBERCOM J6 Information System Security Manager (ISSM), providing detailed reports on system compliance and the status of Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M). Maintained a proactive approach to security, ensuring a robust and resilient network infrastructure. Led a 5-member team responsible for delivering day-to-day IT support to 950 users across four networks. Managed a Wing-level inspection program, verifying compliance of 9 Directorates with 62 self-assessment checklists and confirmed accurate tracking and reporting in the Management Internal Control Toolkit (MICT). Delivered guidance on a $50-million annual contract support agreement. Identified IT requirements and directed personnel overseeing the maintenance and security of networks spanning a 2.9 million acre test range. Strategically planned and executed hardware and software projects for a range of systems, including computers, cellular phones, servers, network switches, routers, and video conference systems. Ensured optimal functionality and performance of IT assets. Managed the administration of file and print services, overseeing network storage data backups to safeguard critical information and ensure data integrity. Implemented the unit’s Local Registration Authority (LRA) program, organizing training for 5 admins and overseeing the management of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificates for users across two networks.

Orchestrated the administration of critical network infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,WSUS, Microsoft Exchange, full and incremental data backups, and file and print services for a high-security JWICS network supporting 190 users. Managed the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all Windows Server and client hardware/software, ensuring the seamless operation of the network environment. Executed comprehensive server and client vulnerability patching utilizing Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), maintaining a robust and secure network. Installed, configured, maintained, tested, troubleshot and repaired Microsoft Windows computer systems on 3 networks (Air Force NIPR, SIPR and JWICS) supporting 191 personnel. Assumed the critical role of the unit's Information Assurance Officer (IAO), diligently enforcing cybersecurity policies to fortify network security and ensure compliance with established protocols. Fulfilling the responsibilities of a COMSEC Responsible Officer (CRO), actively managed the keying of network and telecommunication equipment. Oversaw meticulous record-keeping, inventory management, and accounting requirements, ensuring adherence to program standards and user compliance.

Served as a Tier 1 helpdesk technician supporting 2500 network users. Provided immediate remotetroubleshooting support while also creating and assigning IT service tickets for further action as necessary. Managed Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange user accounts. Provided Tier 2 support to customers for equipment installs and resolution of service tickets.
