Oversaw all accounting operations for DFT until acquired by Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) in $7.6 billion merger. Reported directly to the CFO and supervised a team of 12 accounting professionals. Responsible for the monthly close of all accounting entities in the company, its quarterly consolidation and quarterly SEC reporting (10-Qs, 10-Ks and 8-K earnings releases). Researched and implemented all new accounting guidance. Led DFT's annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and maintained DFT's 5-year plan model. Modeled numerous forecast sensitivities with respect to accretion/dilution of potential M&A transactions, leases, debt/equity financings and ground-up developments. Maintained documentation of and compliance with internal controls over financial reporting (Sarbanes Oxley 404). Led quarterly disclosure meetings with executive management.
