Director of Sales Engineering for New England/New York and Canada within Oracle's North American Cloud Infrastructure Services. Lead a team of 13 engineers who evangelize, architect and implement Oracle's Engineered Systems for Private, Public and Hybrid Clouds.Responsible for a wide range of management responsibilities including prospecting, hiring, on-boarding, training/enablement and ongoing performance management. Also maintain several executive relationships at our key customers to provide ongoing support of activities around our business as well as advise them on the best approach to working with Oracle as we continue our journey to becoming a cloud-centric company.My team provides pre-sales architectural expertise on the following Oracle Engineered Systems and Public Cloud Solutions:Exadata, SuperCluster, Exalogic, Exalytics, Big Data Appliance as well as Oracle's IaaS and PaaS Cloud Offerings.My team routinely engages with customers to help define the business drivers that justify the investment in new architectures with our engineered systems both on-premise and in the Oracle public cloud.
