Tasked by the CEO to drive a turnaround in the Americas Automotive business. This position is responsible for all Operations, HR, Business Development, Launch and Engineering in the Region with support cross functionally from IT and Finance. Partnered with business development to win new business, and improved launch and operations by putting implementing business re-engineering, lean manufacturing processes, and standard KPI’s and reporting processes. Utilized engineering resources to identify industrial engineering standards and drove waste elimination and process improvements through a combination of comprehensive and structured engineering approaches and lean methodology.Developed bench strength through use of Staff Standard Operational review and used same to implement broad based workforce planning and career planning with the goal to develop people and the organization. Over a four year period, increased revenue and EBITDA by double digit growth rates year on year. Sold and launched multiple new sites to support the companies growth aspiration. Following my recruitment in 2015, the Americas Auto team consistently met or exceeded targets.

Rebuilt the Americas Business Development team - recruited 8 professional & dynamic sales staff to the team and repopulated to a robust 14 member level.Developed a clear and concise Go to Market strategy and Account ownership to drive accountability and clear targets at an individual level.Aggressively grew annual sales in the Americas Automotive Sector, set record sales level in 2014. +25% better than best year since the Eagle/TNT merger

Leadership of all Supply Chain and Material Handling activities at both the Flint Assembly and Metal Fabrication locations
