Over 35 years of Contruction & Construction Management experience in the areas of electrical contracting, telecommunications, tenent fit-out, defense contracting, land based radar and power generation. Erected the first National Weather Service Doppler Weather Radar (NEXRAD) site in Norman, Oklahoma in 1988.Provided site coordination at three Alaskan Short Range Radar sites along the Arctic Ocean.Managed numerous AT&T Wireless Overlay markets(i.e. Washington-Baltimore, Detroit, MI and Knoxville, TN) to upgrade to 3G technology (2000-2003).Performed project management on many Old Navy, GAP and Banana Republics on the eastern seaboard from Massachusetts to North Carolina (1998-2000).Worked on the North Warning System (1985-1993) incorporating a short range capacity into the existing Long Range (DEW Line) Radar. Started as a Senior Member of the Engineering Staff at Sperry Corp. and finished as the COTR for the Air Force on three (3) sites in Alaska (1993-95).
